Questions about renting
How long is a rental?
Usually 24 months per laptop. At the end you can return it, refresh to a new one, or buy it out.
What if a rented laptop breaks?
Hardware faults and normal wear are on us, and we provide a loan laptop while a longer repair is done.
What about accidental damage, loss or theft?
Report it quickly and we lock the device remotely. Repair or replacement costs are set out clearly in your agreement.
Can we mix rented and purchased laptops?
Yes. Choose rent or buy per device, and both are managed the same way.
